Repair Process for eneo Products

In order to send equipment for repair purposes please follow the instructions below.

  1. Please send an email to the following email address:

  2. Send the faulty product to Securmatic at your expenses with a forwarder of your choice.

  3. As soon as we have received your shipment we send an E-mail with the repair number.
  4. After the goods have been received, the defect device will be checked and you will receive a fee-based cost estimate stating the expected repair and shipping costs. (The costs for the cost estimate are offset against the repair costs)
  5. Please mark one of the options below and send the cost estimate signed and stamped by E-mail back to Securmatic

    • Please repair
    • Unrepaired back
    • Scrap, no return

  6. The defective device will be repaired as soon as possible after receipt of the cost estimate and returned after completion.
  7. The repair invoice and a delivery bill with detailed information are enclosed with the return delivery.
